Our client portfolio includes globally recognised brands such as Coca-Cola, Nestle, Elemis, Homebase, and Proctor & Gamble.</div>About the Role  We are looking for a commercially minded Ecommerce Executive to join our Ecommerce & Marketing team. You will play a central role in the day-to-day operational delivery of DTC ecommerce activity across a portfolio of client accounts, taking ownership of on-site execution, performance analysis, email campaign delivery, and client ticket management.  This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that sits at the heart of our ecommerce operations. You will need strong commercial acumen, an eye for detail, and the confidence to work across multiple platforms - including THG Ingenuity's proprietary tech stack, and our CRM tooling.  Key Responsibilities  Ecommerce Performance & Data Analysis  <ul> <li>Monitor and analyse DTC ecommerce performance including traffic, conversion funnels, revenue, and AOV </li> <li>Build and maintain regular performance reports, translating data into clear, actionable insights </li> <li>Conduct on-site analysis to identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and conversion rate </li> <li>Support A/B testing initiatives and document findings </li> </ul> On-Site Management — THG Ingenuity & Shopify  <ul> <li>Execute on-site changes across THG Ingenuity's ecommerce platform and Shopify, including product uploads, content edits, promotional mechanics, and navigation updates </li> <li>Manage asset optimisations such as updating banner messaging, imagery, and promotional content </li> <li>Maintain site accuracy and consistency across all product, category, and landing pages </li> <li>Follow QA processes to ensure all changes are tested and signed off before going live </li> <li>Support the delivery of campaign and site takeover activity in line with the trading calendar </li> </ul> CRM & Email Delivery — THG Personify <ul> <li>Build, test, and schedule email campaigns within THG Personify in line with the CRM calendar </li> <li>Ensure all emails are accurately built, QA'd across devices and clients, and correctly segmented prior to deployment </li> <li>Support list management, audience segmentation, and CRM performance reporting </li> <li>Identify and flag performance trends and anomalies to the wider team </li> </ul> Client Ticket Management  <ul> <li>Act as first-line management for self-serve client tickets related to ecommerce operations </li> <li>Triage, respond to, and resolve tickets within agreed SLAs </li> <li>Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members where required </li> <li>Maintain clear records of ticket activity and resolutions </li> </ul> What We’re Looking For  <ul> <li>Can-do attitude with the excitement to learn within a fast-paced, managed services environment. </li> <li>Comfortable working across both trading (site performance, promotions, conversion) and marketing (paid and organic channels). </li> <li>Data-literate and analytically confident - experienced with GA4, and ideally familiar with THG Ingenuity’s ecommerce and CRM platforms or comparable market tools. </li> <li>Excellent communicator with proven experie
