<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">5+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams, supporting the growth and performance of engineers.</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience with cloud computing platforms, primarily AWS, and containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.</li>
<li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.</li>
