Senior Business Development Manager (m/f/d) IndraMind

Ihre Aufgaben • Drive new business development for IndraMind’s AI & cybersecurity portfolio in Germany/the DACH region, with an initial focus on hunting, qualifying and converting new prospects • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key clients and decisionmakers, ensuring their needs are understood, met and exceeded • Identify new market opportunities and define account strategies that translate IndraMind’s value proposition into concrete pipeline and revenue • Lead the full sales cycle for complex technological solutions - from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation and closing • Act as the local commercial interface for IndraMind, collaborating closely with the existing Indra Germany team and across other Indra Group verticals • Represent IndraMind at customer meetings, industry events and trade fairs, raising the brand’s visibility in the German market • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline and CRM reporting for management Ihr Profil • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field • Minimum 5 years experience in business development and/or key account management, ideally selling complex technological solutions • Proven track record of winning and growing key accounts, preferably within the defence, security, AI or cybersecurity sector • Solid technological background enabling credible, solution - led conversations at sales level • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with a proactive, results - driven, self -motivated mindset • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, able to engage senior decision -makers and stakeholders • Fluency in English and German (native or C1 level); Spanish is an advantage Warum wir? • Flexitime without core working time • 30 days holiday • Good work-life balance due to mobile working • Workation • Individual support with regular further training programmes • Working in international teams • Possibility to use Jobrad, Wellpass, Deutschlandticket, Edenred City Card, corporate benefits Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
