Its portfolio of international clients spans a wide range of end markets including financial services, telecommunications, travel & mobility, gaming, and other industries. <hr>  </div>  This position is based in Rennes/Paris, France and a fixed term(full time) contract of 1 year as a maternity replacement.    As (Senior) Product Manager, Trust Platform – Digital Identities(f/m/d), you own the product direction for how IDnow's Trust Platform supports European eID schemes and EUDI Wallets. You define the strategy for digital identity methods, act as the counterpart to IDnow's Trust Services team, and ensure the platform stays ahead of eIDAS 2.0 requirements as they become mandatory across the EU. This is a focused, partially technical role that requires depth over breadth: you go deep into the specifications of eID schemes and EUDI Wallets rather than staying at a surface level.  <h2>Key Responsibilities </h2> You shape how IDnow's Trust Platform supports digital identities across Europe, ensuring customers can rely on compliant, seamless, and secure identification methods.  <ul> <li>Strategic Portfolio: Define the digital identity strategy and portfolio of identification methods for EUDI Wallets and eIDs, evaluating and deciding between direct integrations and broker-based approaches. </li> <li>Trust Services Counterpart: Act as the counterpart to IDnow's Trust Services team and ensure a smooth integration of electronic signatures, Qualified Electronic Attestations of Attributes (QEAAs), and related trust services into the Trust Platform. </li> <li>Regulatory Leadership: Stay ahead of eIDAS 2.0 and EUDI Wallet standards, tracking evolving technical specifications and implementing acts to ensure the platform is compliant well before deadlines hit. </li> <li>Identity Interoperability: Ensure seamless cross-border identity verification, managing the nuances of different EU member state requirements, national eID schemes, and trust frameworks. </li> <li>Conversion Optimization: Analyze the friction-versus-security trade-off for each identification method and provide clear recommendations to help customers maximize their onboarding rates. </li> <li>Own the end-to-end specification of eID and EUDI Wallet integrations, going into technical detail on protocols, data models, and trust frameworks.  </li> <li>Collaborate closely with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Solutions teams to translate regulatory requirements into concrete product and technical specifications. </li> </ul> <img style="max-width: 100%;" ----- alt=":no_entry:" width="12"> Turn back if… • You are not comfortable diving into regulatory requirements in depth and becoming a subject matter expert on EUDI wallets and national eID schemes. • You're most comfortable in a traditional product-owner role centred on backlog management and delivery, rather than shaping strategy and technical specifications.. • You want a fully structured environment where every process and specification is already documented — this role is about defining the direction while the standards themselves are still evolving.. • You're not willing to travel frequently to Rennes or work across multiple jurisdictions and member-state requirements..   <h2>Preferred Experience </h2> <ul> <li>Bring 5 + product management experience  with end-to-end ownership of product strategy, discovery, prioritisation, delivery, and continuous improvement, ideally in a regulated or standards-driven environment. </li> <li>Knowledge of eID schemes or EUDI Wallets is a strong plus – you are comfortable navigating technical specifications, protocols, and regulatory texts in depth, not just at a conceptual level. </li> <li>Knowledge of Identity & Access Management and authentication protocols such as OIDC, SAML, and OAuth is a strong plus. </li> <li>Demonstrate experience in digital identity, trust services, fraud prevention, compliance, or a regulated industry such as banking, fintech, insurance, or telecommunications. </li> <li>Show a high level of autonomy and ownership: this is a focused scope that requires a strong, detail-oriented executor who can work independently while always keeping track of business metrics and customer feedback. </li> <li>Communicate complex regulatory and technical topics clearly to engineering teams, senior stakeholders, customers, and internal enablement audiences. </li> <li>Willingness to be based in or travel frequently to Rennes, France, to work c
